I currently work as an Account Specialist at TDCX supporting Meta, managing a portfolio of 80–100 advertiser accounts — optimizing campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, scaling advertiser spend, and advising SMB and agency clients on performance strategy. Prior to this, I served as Assistant Manager – Sales & Client Relations at Admiral Solutions in New Delhi, where I coached sales teams, managed key client relationships, and earned the Sales Excellence Award (2023) and Top Performer distinction for Q1 & Q2 2024.
